Alyssa - Senior Portraits

When I was asked to take Alyssa's senior portrait, I was so excited. I hadn't photographed a senior in a few years and couldn't wait to head out to the Palmer Events Center and Long Center's in downtown Austin. As usual, Austin made a great backdrop for some great portraits. Here are a few from the session.

I have always wanted to take portraits in the bluebonnets. Fortunately for me, when I asked my friend Monica, she knew of a cute model that was more than happy to help me out. It was so hard to pick a favorite because all of the pictures are so cute, not to mention, we got to frolic in the bluebonnets.

Tyson - First Birthday Party

I was so excited when I was asked to take pictures at Tyson's first birthday party. When the actual day of the party rolled around, not only did we have a cold front blow in, Tyson was also getting over pink eye. We had to stay inside, but the party was so much fun none the less. Tyson and his little friends sure did wear me out. Chasing one kid around is one thing, but when you are trying to get pictures of four kids, it sure is hard work (so worth it though).
